This policy explains what is collected when you enquire about or request a NEET Strategy Session, and how that information is used.
Effective 6 September 2026 · Last updated 6 September 2026The site may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, preparation stage, recent mock score, areas of focus, preferred session times, notes you choose to share, consent status and Razorpay payment reference. Razorpay separately processes payment information under its own privacy practices; this site does not receive or store full card, bank-account or UPI credentials.
Your information is used to verify payment, review the context you provide, arrange and deliver the session, respond to questions, prevent misuse, and maintain basic booking records. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Booking submissions are stored using the website’s service providers and are accessible only as needed to administer the session. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website, payment, email and video-call services, or disclosed when required by law. Only the information necessary for that purpose is shared.
Booking and transaction-related records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion of information that is not required to be retained.
Send a privacy request through the contact form and select “Mentorship”. Include enough information to identify the relevant submission, but do not send passwords or full payment credentials.
